We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Because perfumes are personal care items, opened or used bottles cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges
If you want an exchange, the fastest way is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the product you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
